Training & Assessment Strategy
During this 12-month employment-based traineeship, candidates will be trained and assessed both in the workplace and on-campus. Our unique training strategies are flexible to cater for all individual needs and requirements. Assessment methods may include:
- Direct observations of the candidate demonstrating tasks both on and off-the-job.
- Completion of activities or projects relevant to the qualification
- Written assessments and oral questioning
